Project of new construction of two multi-family buildings. The first of them, the Carrilet block of PB + 7, consists of a total of 126 free housing units (30 with four bedrooms, 70 with two bedrooms and 26 with three bedrooms), 4 shops on the ground floor, 144 parking spaces distributed in 2 basement floors and 64 storage rooms, located on the Avenida del Ferrocarril, between Roca Humbert street and Príncipe de Vergara street in the municipality of Hospitalet de Llobregat, district of Barcelonès.

The second building, block Riereta of PB + 4, has a total of 84 housing units, 64 of free housing and 20 of concerted housing (24 homes of four bedrooms, 42 of two bedrooms and 18 of three bedrooms), 99 parking spaces distributed in 2 basement floors (99 normal spaces) and 84 storage rooms, located on Nickel Street, between Roca Humbert Street and Príncipe de Vergara Street in the municipality of Hospitalet de Llobregat, in the Barcelonès district.

The façade is resolved with brick facing La Covadonga ceramic with a reddish tone, while the balconies are solved more lightly with translucent glass. The ground floor has a different façade treatment, a base with a darker tone stone cladding.
