The drawing of the classic block of Cerdà has been split to make four industrial units of flexible use for non-polluting industries, as a rotating propeller around a central garden. It occupies the plot where once was “Carburos Metálicos” between Puigcerdà, Cristóbal de Moura, Marroc and Maresme streets. In this way, 24 warehouses with a total of 18,000 useful square meters have been achieved, which will contribute to the industrial regeneration of the Poblenou district, with an estimated investment of twelve million euros by the Consortium of the Free Trade Zone of Barcelona.
