Multi-family building with 81 homes and 118 parking spaces, located located at Calle Marconi, no. 126 of the municipality of Terrassa.

This building is projected between party walls located at the intersection of Marconi, Antoni Torella and Ramón Llull streets in the municipality of Terrassa, the building has three facades to these streets and the interiors all face a large community area inside the courtyard. The site has a steep slope on Antoni Torrella Street and that is why a project is proposed in a staggered manner by stairs.

Most of the houses have cross ventilation and guarantee direct sunlight in the living room and kitchen between 10 am and 12 noon on the winter solstice.
The development has two very different facades: one outside the street and one inside the community area. The interior facade has large continuous balconies on all floors and the exterior has small balconies in the corners and in Marconi street.
