The proposal for a new Hotel & Casino in the neighborhood of Miraflores (Lima) recognizes the privileged situation of its location and responds to the different conditions of the urban fabric to which it belongs. The intervention consists of the construction of three volumes joined together by walkways generating a large green courtyard in the central space. 29.147m² above ground and 12.420m² below ground level, it houses a 300-room hotel with Casino, Convention area, Commercial area and underground parking.
