San Isidro is the financial center of Lima, where a large part of commerce and services are located. This district is considered one of the most important financial centers in Latin America. In the district, various branches of national and international companies are located, many of which are in modern buildings built in different sectors.

The competition for an office building in the San Isidro district of Lima consisted of a 19-storey tower of 43,000 m². It also had an underground parking of ten floors, commercial premises on the ground floor, a corporate gym and two terraces specially equipped for events and improve the quality of life of the building’s staff.
