The Chamber of Commerce has traditionally been a representative institution that has acted as a reference agglutinated business activity, while integrated into the social fabric of the city. The proposal covers the entire plot, achieving a slimmer building floor plan with lower density, most versatile, and a greater possibility of ventilation spaces. The base of the building, variable height, and acting with the ground anchor, integrates with neighboring buildings, reducing its height in the lower streets.

The facade consists of a double skin, allowing natural ventilation and protects against inclement weather. The roof of the sixth floor is intended landscaped and will be in contact with the bar-room. The result is a singular idea of building, representative, integrated with the surrounding urban fabric, image, modern, elegant but understated design.
